There was something wrong with our brand new car... but Ken, Marco, and everyone at Valley Honda exceeded our expectations when quickly rectifying the issue with our vehicle. After our excellent experie Ken, Marco, and everyone at Valley Honda exceeded our expectations when quickly rectifying the issue with our vehicle. After our excellent experience purchasing our new car from Ken, we were upset when we got home to realize that something was wrong with the way the license plate was installed. The problem would likely have caused damage to the paint. We notified Ken the next business day and he and Marco were able to get us in immediately to resolve the problem and followed up with us afterward to make sure we were satisfied. They said they’d even show other technicians what had been done incorrectly so that it wouldn’t happen on another vehicle. Valley Honda’s dedication to superior service is obvious. If they go to this much effort when fixing a minor issue with a license plate, I have complete trust in them to service my cars in the future and to, hopefully, buy my next Honda from them too! More
