The actual buying process was good, but service department is horrible. The service department and the reaction of management when I complained was very very disappointing. Wish I would have never department is horrible. The service department and the reaction of management when I complained was very very disappointing. Wish I would have never bought a vehicle from them!!!!! They basically ruined what should have been a happy day. Service manager is an embarrassment and the general sales manger is very condescending. The GM Mr Yeager did help out in the end but still not happy and will never be. Really disappointing and dont even want the truck anymore and have contacted Toyota corporate. More
