This was my fourth RAV4 leased & this experience was the best yet. My aunt had leased her first RAV4 after knowing how much I’ve loved mine, and was there hours before my appointment and she highly recommended Ahmad Wasal so I was accommodated with a late appointment that day because of my work schedule & from the second I walked in Ahmad greeted me & from there made the whole process stress free, smooth, efficient, & pleasant. He went above & beyond by staying after business hours, without making me feel rushed at all, to make sure I left that night with my brand new RAV4!!! I’ve always leased with Toyota because of the care I receive, & will continue my loyalty & recommend Toyota to all my friends & family, with a special mention to see Ahmad, because of my wonderful experience with him. It really means a lot to be treated like family, and be taken care of someone who is not just knowledgeable and professional, but also caring, kind, hospitable, funny, & has a wonderful personality. I am honored to be part of the Toyota family and hope to be for life.
