Smooth used car purchase. The salesperson i worked with was good. Not too "sales-pitchy". Nice guy. Seemed sincere. I'd recommend dealing with him to others looking to purchase whether new or used. I got my financing there. They ran my credit 3 times. Seems once should be sufficient. But it helps to lower your credit score for their benefit. Rate was still within an acceptable range so i still went through them. I found the car i wanted on auto trader app. Listed cheaper online than what they had listed in house. So do your research. But over all a good experience. They did replace a dead battery for me for free after i had the car 3 days. That was nice. I would go back. More

First time Toyota buyer As a first time Toyota buyer, I was very happy with the dealership on the sales side and was curious to see if that would carry over to service. Thank As a first time Toyota buyer, I was very happy with the dealership on the sales side and was curious to see if that would carry over to service. Thankfully it did. I was checked in quite quickly and received a call in about 30 minutes that my car was ready. In addition to receiving $20 in Toyota money to spend there, I was pleasantly surprised to see my car had been washed. Scheduling is easy and the waiting area is comfortable, so overall, I would give my service experience at Toyota of Scranton top marks. More
