Perfect Car Buying Experience We had a great experience at the dealership with sales, delivery and finance. No hassle, frustration or worry and were in and out in short order. Now THAT is how buying a car should happen! In March 2016, I wanted to get back into a MB after 10 years in a sportscar. Marcos not only brought me a wonderful certified pre-owned (CPO) vehicle, In March 2016, I wanted to get back into a MB after 10 years in a sportscar. Marcos not only brought me a wonderful certified pre-owned (CPO) vehicle, but when I returned to the dealership, he had three that were more appropriate for my driving preferences - washed, fueled, and parked out front for me to test-drive. His thoughtfulness, attention to details about what I (really) wanted, expediency in moving documentation quickly to the right places, and professional-yet-personal demeanor impressed both of us. Marcos made the acquisition experience an enjoyable one. The best about this experience? Marcos' attention to detail resulted in my buying "up" because...well...Marcos. Thank you! More
