Marcos was an incredible sales advisor. Since the first text message conversation, I already knew that I was dealing with a professional. Best dealership experience. I was planning to purchase my Mercedez Benz on February of this year but after Covid our HQ closed and I decided to wait. We had such a great experience at this dealership!! The customer service was so far superior to other places we have gone I cannot say enough about it!! Marcos Morales heard everything we had to say that we didn’t want to take a long time, that we wanted to do most things over the phone. We were in and out of the dealership in one hour and nine minutes, with all three of our kids in tow! Our financing was ready at a wonderful rate, our car was beautifully clean and detailed which is so important when buying preowned. My family was treated so well that I hope I get the pleasure of buying my next car from Marcos at Mercedes Benz of the Woodlands. Within minutes of requesting information on a Mercedes GLC, Marcos sent me a personalized video of the car, showing me every detail, inside and out, which really allowed me to know if I wanted to see the GLC, Marcos sent me a personalized video of the car, showing me every detail, inside and out, which really allowed me to know if I wanted to see the car in person. He was extremely kind, professional and everything was done in such a quick and timely manner! I ended up working with Marcos Morales and Michael Thomson and purchased the GLC that day!
