We went to Tustin Hyundai because we wanted a Palisade, and they were the only dealer we could find locally that was not charging a dealer markup of $3,000 to $20,000. Our salesman Marcos was outstanding. He showed us several vehicles and answered all our questions very patiently. We made our decision and bought a new, white Limited. The purchase process was the quickest and easiest we have ever experienced. Marcos spent a considerable amount of time going over all the features in our new car. I went to the dealership on Saturday and was allowed to explore the various cars on the lot without a salesman trying to hustle me. I wanted to narrow my family’s options before I brought my wife to test drive them. I went to several other dealerships including another Hyundai dealership. It was their pleasant attitude and lack of an overbearing salesman that welcomed me back to the dealership to work with Michael on selecting a vehicle. On Sunday, my wife and I were able to test drive several vehicles, finally settling on a Santa Fe Limited. This vehicle is replacing a 15 year old Honda CRV. I was blown away at the features this car has and at the quality Hyundai is packing into their cars. Our 2007 Honda, looks very similar to the ones Honda has on the market today. I was not expecting to buy a car that day we found the one we want and got it as MSRP. Michael was great to work with, he took the time to guide me through this car's many modern/future conveniences. This was a great car buying experience. More
