Basis our feedback he was able to direct us to an RX model that had the features my wife and I were looking for. He kept us abreast of the status of each step in the purchase, (trade-in) process. The Financial transaction paperwork went smoothly as the Finance Manager took the time to explain the process in dealing with my financial institution as needed to complete the purchase transaction, as well as explaining each section of the "add on" service/maintenance options available to us post acquisition. 2008 RX 350 Beautiful dealership, fantastic greeting from receptionist. Salesman, Rex Bomar, very friendly, did his job selling the vehicle. I test drove the car Beautiful dealership, fantastic greeting from receptionist. Salesman, Rex Bomar, very friendly, did his job selling the vehicle. I test drove the car around the dealership, seemed good (But I should have taken a freeway drive above 65mph). Rex told me it needed tires, so he offered a discount off the $12,900 + TTL asking price. I asked Rex if Northside Lexus service department had checked out the car, Rex replied "no, they didn't have time & generally don't send used cars through service unless they are being certified". He said the vehicle was in great condition & he had driven it. Unfortunately as I drove home, I found out the car was definitely not road worthy above 65mph on the freeway. It was an awful struggle getting the RX 350 home, steering wheel vibration was terrible. Decided to take it right away to Discount Tire, paid $900 for new tires, then took the vehicle to my mechanic to check a squeeling sound from the engine bay, only to find out it needed an new idler arm, new belt tensioner, new belt and new alternator, paid over $1400 more. Ended up 3 full days without the vehicle!!! Paid top dollar for this 2008 RX 350 with 75,300 miles which was $11,500 + TTL, over what NADA shows as clean retail of $11,350 - Then add the $2,300 out of my pocket for necessary tires & repairs, I ended up paying almost $14,000 + TTL. I think Northside Lexus should have checked out the vehicle to make sure it was road worthy before selling it & they should have serviced the car to make sure there were no problems!!! At the end of the day, I don't feel like I got a great deal, actually, not even a good deal!!! More

Beautiful building good prices I found the car online and drove 3 hours to get it with an appointment. The car was not ready when we got there. I thought that was odd because they knew I was coming for almost a full week a head of time. We didn’t negotiate the price, because it was listed very responsible. However, the finance guy was short and we could tell he was irritated. Our credit score is excellent and I knew they could offer in house finance at a lower rate. I had shopped at other Lexus dealerships and they told me. At the end we were waiting for one more bank to come back with the rate and he seemed to think it wouldn’t be better and we should just go a head and settle for the 3.8 something. We told him we needed to go talk in private and he called back with a 3.33. I wanted a 2.9 but at this point I just wanted to get out of there. We arrived around 10:15 pm and didn’t get out of there until almost 4pm! We bought a Certified 2019 ES hybrid. Our salesman Larry was nice and seemed like a honest man: More
