Honestly, I'd rather go to Pep Boys. The lady at the cashier window was very unpleasant, no customer service at all. I said hello, how are you? She replied with give me a minute. The only thing I appreciated was the fact that I only paid $10 for inspection. I had a used Toyota before and I went to the service department only twice because of the terrible customer service from the employees and the outrageous and costly prices. Everyone that I interacted with needs more training regarding better customer service. More
