The customer service reps were not professional and unnecessary judge mental. There should be better customer communication, as I sat and wait over 2 hours before finding out they had a hiccup occur. Poor experience, terrible communication, my car was not serviced properly, also charged for a service that’s was not done to my car, per the person that was handling my car an alignment was supposedly done serviced properly, also charged for a service that’s was not done to my car, per the person that was handling my car an alignment was supposedly done to my car but instead made my car worse and had to take my car to a different location for a second opinion, overall this has been the most terrible experience I have had with Honda. More
