This is extremely unfortunate and we try to do everything we can to prevent this from happening. Things happen quickly and a customer can be in the showroom looking at the vehicle and another sales professional may not even know that. None the less we are disappointed we were unable to earn your business and apologize for the wasted time you spent traveling to the dealership. I can assure you that we do not practice bait and switch tactics. To prevent this from happening we do offer a $300 deposit to hold the vehicle to every customer that inquires about a vehicle. It is extremely disappointing that you will now tell people to avoid our business. Michael Kelley General Manager
