I would have appreciated a little more information up front about the additional services they were recommending, especially because they were unrelated to what I had originally brought the car in for. There was a $2000+ service recommended for an issue I had not observed, but no one called to tell me what it was, or why I would need to happen. I read about it in the service doc, which helped, but it wasn't enough info for me to want to invest that amount of money. More
