Excellent Customer Experience! Clean, neat, organized, personable, knowledgeable, professional. I needed a battery at the worst possible time, (the night after protesting in the Clean, neat, organized, personable, knowledgeable, professional. I needed a battery at the worst possible time, (the night after protesting in the city near the dealership) I called around noon and the dealership was on reduced hours due to the activity the night before. I was told if I could make it before closing I could get service. I arrived around 12:30 pm and was told I might not get out until just before closing (4:00 pm). I'm happy to say my car was ready in about 90 minutes! I'll definitely be back for service and possible a second vehicle! More
