I am not usually one to write reviews, but i feel compelled to in this case as the service i received was exceptional. This dealer had to fix what another dealer broke for me and did it in a fraction compelled to in this case as the service i received was exceptional. This dealer had to fix what another dealer broke for me and did it in a fraction of the time it took originally. Theyre quick and informative. They work with you. I will continue to bring my car here. More

We are glad to be back to our oldest service advisor A year ago we leased Golf-e from the Royal Group dealership in San Francisco, When the time came to servicing it, we were thinking about doing it in A year ago we leased Golf-e from the Royal Group dealership in San Francisco, When the time came to servicing it, we were thinking about doing it in San Francisco, but decided to come closer to home, to Dirito Brothers. This was our first visit to Dirito Brothers and we, naturally, had some doubts. However, as soon as we entered the service department we noticed a big TV screen with appointments, and immediately recognized a familiar name -- Marina Feiix, whom we have known since 1999. She served our Passat 1999, then she sold us Passat 2001, and later we returned to her with New Beetle. It dispersed all our worries. In a couple of hours we got our e-Golf back and, as usual with Marina, were very satisfied by the quality of her job. We also liked how the car was treated, cleaned and served. Of course, we will be back . More

Rearview Camera I was very disappointed in the fact that I had a 2015 VW Beetle and in the first year the rearview camera failed. It was replaced and then in October I was very disappointed in the fact that I had a 2015 VW Beetle and in the first year the rearview camera failed. It was replaced and then in October 2019 the camera failed again. I was told by the dealer that there were no cameras in the US and would have to be ordered from Germany. They would call me in a couple of weeks to let me know the ETA. I had to call the dealer several times asking about when the camera would be delivered so I could have it installed in my car. I waited almost 7 months and the camera never arrived. In January I was told by the dealer to call Toyota directly. I did this and explained to them what was going on and they said they would check into it and get back to me. All they did was check back with your dealership every 2 weeks and then call me and tell me there was still no ETA. I finally got tired of waiting and got rid of the car and got a different car (not a Volkswagen). This was totally unacceptable. One person from the dealer told me I was not the only customer who had this problem. I loved the Beetle but could not put up with not having a rearview camera for more than half a year!! More
