First of all it took a couple days for someone to call me and schedule. The actual service was done quickly but the car came back to me dirty both inside and out! If you go to Ferman, ask for Mario, this guy knows what he is talking about and will take care of you. He is knowledgeable, wants to get you in what you want, and really goes over the pros and cons of what he is talking about and will take care of you. When buying a high end car, you should have a high end sales man. If he still works there when I'm ready to buy again, he is the only one I will talk to. More
