Unfortunately, this is MY car not Tom's. Not sure why this was sent to My phone but with his name?? Time to complete paperwork was much too long. Then for days afterwards we were bombarded with reques this was sent to My phone but with his name?? Time to complete paperwork was much too long. Then for days afterwards we were bombarded with requests for paper work that should have been taken care of while we were at the dealership! Time spent waiting could have been used to watch a video about the mechanics of the car. Very involved to learn all things but basics should be taught before leaving. Also, we never saw the final price until after we had signed oliopapers. Not smart on our part, but we trusted Larry. No pressure to buy from Larry which was refreshing! This is the second time I received this DealerRater. More
