Beyond Happy! Mario is fabulous and helped me out so much! He was able to save me hundreds of dollars! He helped me transfer the car seats from my Acadia to the rental so I could keep an eye on my almost 2 year old daughter and then he watched her so I could install her car seat without fearing that she would run off and get hurt! They even washed my car! More

Service's on my 2007 Chevy Cobalt. 5 star plus for Mario again. Had problems with my 07 cobalt again. This time it was a bad shaking sterring problem when i reached 55 mph and above. Ca 5 star plus for Mario again. Had problems with my 07 cobalt again. This time it was a bad shaking sterring problem when i reached 55 mph and above. Called Mario and he told me to bring it right in. He had it checked out and found out it was bent rims on the front. He knew i only had 2 hours to be there because i am a bus driver and i had to do another run in 2 hours. He got it fixed in no time. I was really glad he fixed it so fast because in 2 days it was Memorial day weekend. He took it out himself to make sure the problem was fixed. A time before that Mario asked the mechanic, Dan Wright if he could prolong his lunch so he could get my car fixed in the 2 hour time frame that i had and Dan did. how many other dealers and mechanic's would do that for you. Only at Patrick.. Mario is very professional, friendly, courteous , respectful and always has a smile on his face. He's GREAT! before you leave Patrick Mario makes sure your vehicle is fixed right and that you don't have to worry about coming back because the problem wasn't fixed right the first time. I have been a very satisfied customer with Patrick for over 12 years. This is the best place to take your car to get it repaired. I have also sent my family and friends at Patrick for service and sales. Mario always comes out and lets you know what's going on with your vehicle and what the problem is with it and also lets you know about how much longer it's going to be before it's done. I brought my 2012 GMC Terrain in to the service center for a simple NYS Inspection. While waiting for the service, Mario came over and said that the mechanic noticed that the engine started very sluggish for a simple NYS Inspection. While waiting for the service, Mario came over and said that the mechanic noticed that the engine started very sluggishly and they wanted to check out the battery. Sure enough, my battery was very weak at 24,599 miles and they replaced it under 100% warranty. Had they not picked this up as a problem, or ignored it, I may have been stranded somewhere unable to start the car. Wow! What service! Mario has always been helpful and complete. Whenever there was a problem he presented what needed to be done in an honest and friendly way. Whenever I have a problem with either of my 2 cars I will o there was a problem he presented what needed to be done in an honest and friendly way. Whenever I have a problem with either of my 2 cars I will ownly deal with him. I'm 74 years old and had many new cars and he has been the best person I have ever dealt with for service. My daughter and son-in-law also ownly deal with him for their Enclave and Arcadia. More

A plus dealership, Jeff and Mario are very professional and really care for their customers. I have purchased my vehicles from bob Johnson in the past. Since I bought 2 vehicles at Patrick I thought I woul and really care for their customers. I have purchased my vehicles from bob Johnson in the past. Since I bought 2 vehicles at Patrick I thought I would have bob Johnson service them since they are closer to my house, what a mistake, cannot compare service. Will never go to them again.
