I thought it may have been something to do with the anti-theft or the FOB device so I made an appointment with the Honda affiliate of Fort Myers service department (only because it was much closer than BMW) to see what the problem was with the vehicle. A diagnostic test in the service department determined it was a faulty starter. When I called Mario to let him know, his reaction was to get the vehicle repaired immediately (at their cost) with the least inconvenience to me. Upon Mario’s request, he was informed at each step of the progress of the repair as he wanted to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. I am happy with the vehicle and the dealer customer care. Daniel and team were extremely professional, accommodating and gracious. Daniel was by far the best and most professional sales representative across all of those at other dealerships we dealt with. He was responsive, followed up with us regularly on progress to be sure we had everything we needed, and worked with me diligently to get the best pricing possible. The true measure of professionalism is how one responds when things don't go as expected. Ultimately, due to a unique opportunity, we purchased our BMW elsewhere. Daniel and Mario put us at ease and accepted our decision most graciously. Working with Mario and Tim has been fantastic. They are quick to respond and have gone above and beyond to make this the best buying experience. I’m in love with my 740. There have been a few issues with the service department however. My new vehicle is a certified pre owned. That being said, driving home from the dealer we got a warning light that the car was very low on oil. We also noticed at pick up of vehicle their were several scratches and a very noticeable dent. The car was at the shop for a week so this was very surprising. As soon as I relayed these concerns to Mario and Tim however, they assured me these would all be taken care of immediately. I trust their word these issues will be resolved. More
