I thought it may have been something to do with the anti-theft or the FOB device so I made an appointment with the Honda affiliate of Fort Myers service department (only because it was much closer than BMW) to see what the problem was with the vehicle. A diagnostic test in the service department determined it was a faulty starter. When I called Mario to let him know, his reaction was to get the vehicle repaired immediately (at their cost) with the least inconvenience to me. Upon Mario’s request, he was informed at each step of the progress of the repair as he wanted to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. I am happy with the vehicle and the dealer customer care.
