Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately depending on the amount of service customers on a given day, wait times can be longer than normal. The door for the service department has been in the same location for over 12 years. Is this your first time servicing with us? If we may make a request, please do not tag sales personnel with a review regarding service. Mario Puentes is our General Sales Manager. He does not work in the service department.
