I appreciated the friendly welcome and attention to my requests by Otis. I also appreciated communication regarding estimates on possible future repairs that Jeffrey provided to me and that he noticed th requests by Otis. I also appreciated communication regarding estimates on possible future repairs that Jeffrey provided to me and that he noticed that I had been overcharged on my tire rotation and corrected that. He also provided a money saving option on my exhaust system if I should need a repair. This gave me more confidence in continuing to take my aging car to my dealership, rather than going to a local auto shop suggested by my friends. Christian was very patient and knowledgeable in setting up my Bluetooth and demonstrating different features with the GPS system. More

Very satisfied with my experience with Metro Lexus. I came in from out of state and was up front about that. Metro Lexus treated me just like any other customer and made my car buying experience very mem came in from out of state and was up front about that. Over the years we have gotten a Lexus each time from this dealership because of the staff being so nice and courteous . However, this was our first time working with Terry who was so very nice. She made sure that everything was to our satisfaction. My husband was happy to see his friend Bosco who is very friendly. Tony was another young man that we had the pleasure of meeting who gave very good advice concerning my wife's 2002 hard top red convertible Lexus that still runs as good as it did years ago.
