I seen an online ad for Elk Grove Subaru and indicated what car I was looking for. Marissa Anderson responded back with a great offer. I set up an appointment to complete the process which only took a c what car I was looking for. Marissa Anderson responded back with a great offer. I set up an appointment to complete the process which only took a couple of hours. Marissa was very knowledgeable of the Forester and answered all my questions. She went over all the settings with me until I was comfortable with them. Marissa provided me with exceptional service and was very friendly to work with. Absolutely incredible service from the start of the test drive to the final signing of the paperwork! Marissa was incredibly nice and incredibly knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. I’ve been buying Subarus for years and each time I say I’ll never buy from that dealer again. My brother suggested Elk Grove Subaru because the CarPros recommend them, soI went online and saw the huge in I’ll never buy from that dealer again. My brother suggested Elk Grove Subaru because the CarPros recommend them, soI went online and saw the huge inventory of Crosstreks and asked for the eprice and got a quick and enticing quote from Marissa and that was that! She came and picked me up from my home a half hour away and the buying process went smoothly and I drove home in a beautiful new Crosstrek. I would recommend them any time. More

Marissa Anderson is awesome. She's super friendly, communicative, and very knowledgeable about the Subaru stock. She was extremely helpful in helping me figure out which vehicle I wanted and demonstr communicative, and very knowledgeable about the Subaru stock. She was extremely helpful in helping me figure out which vehicle I wanted and demonstrating how to use the features of the Crosstrek I ended up buying. David Deleon in Financing was also very friendly and helpful, and was able to answer all my questions without hesitation. In about three hours from my arrival (including a trade-in) I was driving off the lot in my new car, which is amazing. Thanks to the crew at Elk Grove Subaru for being helpful, educated, and on the ball. You made a dreaded task completely painless. More
