Marissa was not only friendly but easy to communicate with and met our needs! We told her exactly what we were looking for and she didn’t try to talk us into anything else. She treated us very well. If I could give more "stars" I would!! Went up to Elk Grove Subaru, just "kicking tires." Had looked at Chevy, with plans to look at a Ford and Honda! Only had seen Subaru on the road and liked the look! Talked to lots of people I trust and they had good things to say about the Outback. The sales staff greeted us and answered all our questions. Tried the Forrester first, too small for this 'Santa,' sized person, Outback was next and it was "just right." After the" test drive" was hooked! They had to do quite a bit of looking at other dealerships but they found us exactly what we were looking for! Negotiations were a breeze They gave us a fair value for our Equinox, and we settled on a very good deal on the Outback Limited. Brennan Parsons was the 'Sales Consultant' and Marissa Anderson did a fabulous job trying to explain 'all' the features of the Outback Limited! The management gentleman, Adam Maatoug, I'm making a 'walking stick" for his "MOM. All impressive, friendly people. I highly recommend them and thank them for their help and for taking the time to explain and answer our questions!! all!!! More

We were lucky to have encountered Merissa Anderson I shopped for our Crosstrek Ltd. over the internet with three Subaru dealers and chose Marissa because she was the most professional of the the three. The car is for my 85 year old wife who was replacing her 1994 Honda Prelude sports car. All the gadgetry of a new car was most intimidating to her, but Marissa patiently explained everything to her and gave my wife the confidence to drive the 40 miles home with ease. We cannot thank Marissa enough for her excellent instructions If it were possible, I would give her more than 5 stars. More

Marissa Anderson was our internet link to a great deal. She met us at the door in Elk Grove and led us through the process of checking the car out, test driving it, finalizing the out-the-door price she had quoted us in a series of emails, and introducing us to Dave De Leon, finance manager. We didn't need financing but he explained the warranties and the advantages of purchasing a service warranty. Marissa and Dave are positive members of the Elk Grove Subaru staff. It was an unpressured experience and we want to thank everyone at Elk Grove Subaru. We love the car. It has a lot of pep and is easy to operate. We are new to the back-up camera (love it!) and Eye-Sight features and recommend them. Looking forward to the stability of driving a Subaru in the Sierra foothills rain and snow. More
