Mark Bivens provided good service, despite busy conditions. His service was quality-oriented and timely. A customer was basically "debating" Mark, against Mark's will, but he managed to resolve the situat His service was quality-oriented and timely. A customer was basically "debating" Mark, against Mark's will, but he managed to resolve the situation, as best he could, with the "in-denial" customer (heh, heh) before moving on to me. The time factor was not really Mark's fault at all---he dealt with it likely-better than I would have. More

Unable to start equinox without charge When I arrived I went right into service bay where Mark Bivin helped me. He offered me help to his office as I have bad knee. He then wrote up charges When I arrived I went right into service bay where Mark Bivin helped me. He offered me help to his office as I have bad knee. He then wrote up charges and made arrangement for me to have a lender car that was clean and new. He was very polite and and interested in my problem and how he could fix it. Shifting trouble with our 2015 Traverse We had taken our 2015 Traverse to 2 different dealers for shifting problems that started about 18 months after we bought the vehicle new. Both other d We had taken our 2015 Traverse to 2 different dealers for shifting problems that started about 18 months after we bought the vehicle new. Both other dealers told us that it was normal in how it shifted. After a visit to a local transmission shop where I heard "something is not right but you should bring it to a dealer because it will be warranty work", we took it to Berger. Mark listened and recorded all of our concerns. The tech/s in the garage finally got it figured out, fixed it and now it drives like normal when we first got it. A retainer was put in wrong in the factory. More
