I was very dissatisfied ! I took my F-150 in a year ago ,for the coolant reservoir tank that had a leak . They replaced the o -ring on the hose. I took it back in for th I took my F-150 in a year ago ,for the coolant reservoir tank that had a leak . They replaced the o -ring on the hose. I took it back in for the same issue , they said the tank needed to be replaced because it was warped and wanted to charge me $ 900.00 , which this should have been fixed the first time . Also they had my truck for ten days and said they had to do a diagnostic on the truck and we told them what the problem was , no reason for them to have it that long , not willing to give me a loner. I will never go back to O -MERA ! More

For one they did not take out the down payment when they were supposed to, they didn’t pay off the car loan and I almost got hit on my credit report for it. For three I manager to call me and other people were supposed to, they didn’t pay off the car loan and I almost got hit on my credit report for it. For three I manager to call me and other people to call me and never received one phone call back. The worst experience I’ve had in my entire life buying a vehicle I will never go to you guys again, pathetic, pathetic, pathetic!!!!! More

When I arrived the person checking me in was not friendly. He also did not listen carefully and put my number in the system wrong so they had to email me when my car was ready. When I went to go pick up my car, the guy checking me out was very friendly and resourceful, however my problem is still not fixed. Because of the exsperience, I will not come back to this loaction. They told me i should wait about 1-2 days for a diagnosis but it took about a week for them to figure out that my flex pipe was broken even though we told them that. I completely understand that they are bus but it took about a week for them to figure out that my flex pipe was broken even though we told them that.
