He is one in a long line of advisors I have worked with and in the true tradition of previous Bonneville Service Advisors, he has seen to it that my concerns and vehicle problems have been resolved in a timely manner. He is a good listener asks the right questions and when he calls to update me on the progress of the job he is concise with his explanations and the cost. I like the man personally and I look forward to having him continue as my Advisor. More
