Unfortunately, we were subjected to a very unpleasant high-pressure sales tactic, where we were passed from one sales agent to another, insisting we sign documents before they can reveal the actual cost of the car. We wisely decided to go back to Subaru and seek the help of Mark Durmiendo again. The difference between the two car companies was stark, right from when you are welcomed to the building and with the actual service of the sales adviser. Mark is professional, respectful, knowledgeable and transparent. We completed the sales process feeling extremely satisfied and excited to get to know our new car. More
