I brought my GLE350 in because the auxiliary battery showed it was not holding a charge. Mark Escobar come over and got me taken care of immediately. While I was waiting I decided to ask about a radiato showed it was not holding a charge. Mark Escobar come over and got me taken care of immediately. While I was waiting I decided to ask about a radiator flush and Mark said they could do it and it would take about an hour and a half. I told him to do that and I was ready to go in less that the hour and a half. I was very pleased with everything about my experience including good coffee and cookies. More

However, the technician insisted to take a look and 90 minutes later i was able to dri problem and did not expected to get the service done same day.
