Sirui Xie was amazing salesman. Soo much better experience then Lexus of Las Vegas. I had to lemon law my vehicle due engine trouble. Charles Holliday and Mark sales manager at Lexus gave me horrib experience then Lexus of Las Vegas. I had to lemon law my vehicle due engine trouble. Charles Holliday and Mark sales manager at Lexus gave me horrible customer service. We were treated soo badly at Lexus of Las Vegas. I would recommend Sirui at Lexus of Henderson to all my friends and family! They know how to take care of their customers! More

I like this Steelers ship. Everyone that I was in contact with was very polite and patient with us. We came to get an update on a warranty issue. We decided to buy a new car. I walked in with true car price pre determined. Self test drived the car and feld good. Saw the option list and showed sales oersin the price. Agreed on the orice and the itms to be owned (to be repared). T drived the car and feld good. Saw the option list and showed sales oersin the price. Talked to finance person about the paper work and walked away with the certified leuxs 450h and paid full document fee which is too high at $799. Other than that, the whole orocess is very smoth and easy. More

Sales guy is great. The rest of the operation is built to make you wait. And wait. And wait some more. They had A few days to be prepared for my visit and they couldn’t pull it together. Totally unsatisfied with service Brought my SUV three times within 6 months due to defective battery. Monday, June 1, I requested replacement of battery and I paid $150, your dealership should have replaced the battery free because I have less than 8,000 miles . More
