Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon is the best in the business. Especially a gentleman named Mark Forcucci. Mr. Forcucci treats me with great respect and is always polite. I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership. Although the vehicles there are wonderful it all comes down to how you are treated. The service was over promised under delivered, it was promised to be 90 minutes job turned into almost 3 hours wait. What is the point of making appointment when you are treated as a walk in! This was a promised to be 90 minutes job turned into almost 3 hours wait. What is the point of making appointment when you are treated as a walk in! This was a simple job of oil change and tire rotation, the rest was inspect this or that, how could it taken 3 hours long! No one came to tell me what's going on, and no apology afterward! The waiting room amenities were so poor. No sandwiches/wraps/salad during lunch hours like in the past. The only lunch you would see was the workers having their lunches seating right next to you! The garage attendant attitude was horrible, I asked him to spray some water to a paper towel that I was holding so I can clean the entry of my SUV myself, his response was the spraying bottles were all empty and did nothing else. His demeanor was like this is not my job to help! This is so not feeling LEXUS! The old saying when you bought your car there, the dealer would treat you better for services, absolutely not true anymore! As a result of the long wait time, I had to contend with 128, rt3 and 495 traffic going home. this is totally unnecessary! I will look for other places to service my Lexus and for future purchases. It's obvious to me that the dealership is cutting costs, willing to sacrificing quality and services to maximizing it's profits, I would discount all the previous excellent ratings because this is not the same dealership I knew before! BTW, I first attempted this survey on my phone, when it got to almost the end, something popped up and basically reset the whole review. It's almost like the system is rejecting bad reviews on the phone. I am writing this on my Mac instead. More
