When I came to Northside Lexus 10 years ago I had never sold cars before, but I have always been a “car guy”. I have owned around 65 cars, trucks, motorcycles and two buses. I work in the Pre-Owned Sales Department, and I love to see an older car being traded in with low miles, and a real great paint job. That is lots of fun for me! This was the fourth Lexus I purchased in the last five years. Mark Green has been very helpful and professional. On a separate note, the only negative thing I have to say is that the Service Department wasn't up to par in regarding to fixing my 2016 Lexus NX 200t. I dropped it off for service regarding a clicking noise coming from the steering column. Aniekan Edem stated that the navigation system seal was hanging (or something to that regard) and that he hopes that fixed the problem. Well I'm still having the same problem and it wasn't coming from the navigation system. As mentioned earlier, I'm very pleased with the purchase of the 2016 ES 350 More
