When I came to Northside Lexus 10 years ago I had never sold cars before, but I have always been a “car guy”. I have owned around 65 cars, trucks, motorcycles and two buses. I work in the Pre-Owned Sales Department, and I love to see an older car being traded in with low miles, and a real great paint job. That is lots of fun for me! This was the fourth Lexus I purchased in the last five years. Mark Green has been very helpful and professional. On a separate note, the only negative thing I have to say is that the Service Department wasn't up to par in regarding to fixing my 2016 Lexus NX 200t. I dropped it off for service regarding a clicking noise coming from the steering column. Aniekan Edem stated that the navigation system seal was hanging (or something to that regard) and that he hopes that fixed the problem.
