When I came to Northside Lexus 10 years ago I had never sold cars before, but I have always been a “car guy”. I have owned around 65 cars, trucks, motorcycles and two buses. I work in the Pre-Owned Sales Department, and I love to see an older car being traded in with low miles, and a real great paint job. That is lots of fun for me! My background is Radio and Television Broadcasting. I have a local Christian Radio Station in The Woodlands. Tune it in sometime 101.5 FM KLJJ. Tyler, in sales mgmt was friendly and fair. Chris, one of the service master techs was very knowledgeable and helped answer all my technical questions. It doesn't get better than this. Always a pleasure! What we love about Northside is that you NEVER feel pressured, and they are always professional and friendly. At any time you can say, well I need to wait to talk to my wife. No problem! We'll talk to you Thursday. NEVER made to feel like right now, or not at all. We love that we can walk in and Larry knows us, the other salesmen talk to you and joke and make you feel so comfortable. Cookies are a bonus! The finance department was hassle free, no pressure and they have a fun system for signing docs. We laughed the entire time we purchase our 2nd car from them. We love it there! Thank you Larry for always following up with us, and the birthday messages. The little touches keep us coming back! More
