We take concerns like this seriously and want to assure you that we do not knowingly sell vehicles with undisclosed mechanical issues. As discussed at the time of purchase and again when you spoke with Luke, this particular vehicle was sold as-is without a warranty, which is common with certain pre-owned vehicles and means repairs after the sale are typically the responsibility of the owner. That said, we never want a customer to feel that their concerns are being dismissed. We would appreciate the opportunity to review the situation further with you and better understand what happened.
