I was told to come in because my car is pulling to the right. I sat there 2 1/2 hours. The girl in the service dept was really nice. Can’t say the same for Robert. He never spoke to me. My credit was very shaky because I just got out of bankruptcy in December and I didn't have money for a down payment, but I needed a better reliable vehicle than mine. First off, DJ greeted me immediately when I walked in the door and put me right at ease. He was very attentive and picked a perfect used vehicle to suit me. The sales manager was awesome! He made my deal happen for me and was extremely friendly like DJ. Everyone I came in contact was fabulous and this is my second purchase from Bennett Chevrolet because of their excellent customer service. I will definitely be back in the near future to purchase a new vehicle when I repair my credit and save for a good down payment. They have made a life customer out of me, and I will also be back for another vehicle for my daughter. The sales staff are true professionals and know their stuff!
