Having done my research, and spoken to ALEX on the phone before hand I felt ready to come in , still guarded, to begin my purchase. From the moment I met Alex, I knew I was in good hands. He was kind, funny knowledge, and most importantly listened to what was important to me in a new car. He quickly found what was to become my new baby. We took a test drive as he pointed out the specifics of the important details that I was looking for in a car. He really put my mind at ease that I was getting EXACTLY what I wanted and not just what was being pushed off the lot. He even went as far as to find me a different color to make sure I would be happy. After we decided on cost of purchase, my experience continued with the manager who helped me with the trade in of my jeep. He was able to help with the monthly cost and get me that tiny bit extra to make sure I would be driving home happy and comfortable and with my mind at ease. He really made all the difference. All in all Bennett Chevy made today as painless as possible, and given the chance I would encourage anyone else to use them and I would definitely use them in the future and for my family. It was worth the drive and the tiny headache in finance:) More

I originally came to just look at cars with my parents and had no intention of buying. However, after Alex was helping us and I found nice cars that he suggested I test out. I grew to really love the car I ended up purchasing. The whole process was easy, he was so helpful he even helped me set up my new car insurance for the car. I was not looking to pay too high in monthly payments and Alex made sure that I would have the best price in my budget to his best ability. He got who I believe to be the Manager involved in assisting with helping lower my payments per month which was super helpful for me I am so grateful, thank you! (I assume the manager's name at the time was Mark I honestly forgot I am sorry!!) Everyone was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. Alex helped me set up my bluetooth, OnStar, and WiFi connections to my cellphone as well. Any questions I asked about the car he knew and handled my questions with ease. Amanda was my Finance helper and she was just as great and amazing! Alex, Amanda, and the manager made sure I understood everything I was walking into and signing. I recommend this location to anyone looking to buy a Chevy, customer service is A++! : ) Thank you again everyone! More
