This was my third car from Donohoo This is the third car purchased from Donohoo. I continue to be impressed with this dealership. The selection and price range is outstanding. All three times I got a little more for my trade-in than I expected and paid less for the vehicle I purchased than what the KBB, Edmunds, NADA, etc. said it's retail or trade-in value was. All three vehicles were trouble free from beginning, at least in regards to Donohoo's involvement. The BMW had some issues but that was a BMW and BMW dealership here in Huntsville issue. No fault of Donohoo's. We picked about seven vehicles we wanted to test drive. All were made available for us and we were able to drive them all and select which one we liked. I didn't feel any need, on all three purchases, to haggle the price for my trade-in or my purchase since the price paid for my trade and the price of the new vehicle were higher and lower, respectively, than what my research indicated. There was never any high pressure sales tactics, which I appreciated. The staff was excellent. We had our own financing so there was no pressure there, although they did offer to see if they could beat the rates I was getting from my bank, I just didn't want to go through the hassle of filling out the loan application. This is a great dealership which I have recommended to others on several occasions and will do so again every chance I get. Thanks Donohoo! More

Upon arrival the vehicles I selected had been pulled up front and waiting for me to test drive. No pressure. Just "drive them and let me know if you have any questions". Mark Hubbard answered all my questions and when I was ready to purchase, stepped me through the process. This team has their act together and I'll definitely purchase from them again. More
