The Way buying a Car should be! This was my first experience buying a used car from a non-traditional car dealer and I was a little apprehensive about it - but they had the car I was This was my first experience buying a used car from a non-traditional car dealer and I was a little apprehensive about it - but they had the car I was looking for and located within 150 miles from where I live. I talked to Wesley Boozer on the phone and had a good conversation with him - he assuaged my fears and asked that I come by and check them out and so I did. Drove to Birmingham on a Monday morning ( they told me the weekends are more crowded) and met with Mark Hubbard (my assigned sales rep). First impression was how big this dealership is and the number of high end cars on the lot - I was impressed. I had identified 3 cars I wanted to drive. Mark had them lined up and I took them out for a test drive. You are on your own with no one looking over your shoulder. I picked out the one I wanted, took it to a Lexus dealer to have a pre-purchase inspection (good idea - cost ~$140) and came back and closed out the transaction. Fixed price they are ! no point haggling - waste of your time. I financed part of the cost thro them - totally painless and stress free (got better rate than my bank!). Since all the paperwork was not completed that day, they offered to drive the car down to my home the next day for free and pick up the down payment personal check. The car was there by 10 am the next day. Beautiful car! Donohoo rocks! Check them out - trust but verify and you will not be disappointed!!! More

Worth the drive! Great experience! I searched online for a nearly new car with all the features I wanted and found it online at Donohoo Motors. I called Saturday afternoon to inquire and drove over 3 hours Monday morning to see the car. The front desk staff even shared in my excitement about the car. Mark had my car clean, scratches buffed, and it was ready for me to test drive. Just a few hours later I drove away in my dream car. Great, great experience! Definitely worth the drive!! More

My new car was washed and gassed up to send me on my way! The inventory there is massive so it's not hard to find something that suits your taste! More

The best things :) The dealership had the 5 cars we were interested in parked out front waiting for us when we arrived. The staff were all friendly and helpful. They allowed us to test drive all the vehicles without them which was nice, we just got on with it and chose the one we liked. Went to eat dinner while our paperwork was processed, after dinner we were able to sign and drive. Excellent customer service follow up so far :) More

Purchase Lexus RX350 (2014) My wife and I had a great experience at DonohooAuto. When we arrived we were greeted by two friendly ladies at the reception area. We requested 4 cars to drive. They would bring the cars to the front door. When we decided on the car we wanted Mark got all our information and told us the value of our trade. Beck put all the paper work together and they gave us a car to use to go eat while they detailed the car we purchased. They were supposed to close at 7 pm but stayed until after 7:30 until the car was ready. "3RD TIME"...should say it all! This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Donohoo Auto, and unless they go out of business it won't be my last. The selection of makes and models This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Donohoo Auto, and unless they go out of business it won't be my last. The selection of makes and models is unsurpassed by any other dealer in town. I like the fact that most everything on the lot is within the last few year models and low mileage. I appreciate the "no hassle" sales approach, although I do appreciate the occasional email I receive from a sales associate advising me of an update or asking about a previous test drive. I really like the website and saving cars that I've test driven or looked at and receiving notifications about them. Wynston did a great job explaining and demonstrating all the technology package of the Mercedes E350 Coupe to my wife. That man is a VALUABLE employee!! Melissa and Maria at the front desk are very polite, welcoming and accommodating and always with a smile when you walk in. The whole experience and process is very seamless and stress free. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a late model low mileage high end vehicle. If you can't find it here, then you're not going to find it anywhere. More
