Update I've already written a review on my positive car buying experience at Donohoo. About a week after purchasing a 2013 Mercedes GL450 SUV for my wife we I've already written a review on my positive car buying experience at Donohoo. About a week after purchasing a 2013 Mercedes GL450 SUV for my wife we noticed the right rear tire was leaking air. We also noticed the cigarette lighter/charger was not working. Before I could schedule a trip to the Mercedes dealer to have them check the leak (which would not have been covered under the existing warranty) and the lighter/charger, (which would have) I got a call from Donohoo asking if I was still pleased with my purchase. I told them about the tire and, to my surprise, they said they wanted to help rectify the problem. They, and the closest Mercedes dealer are about 2 1/ hours away. We coordinated a warranty visit to the MB dealer and a visit to Donohoo on the same morning. My wife went to Donohoo first. They not only were expecting her but had ordered a new replacement Pirelli tire just in case they couldn't find a leak. They fixed the tire in no time flat (pun intended) she went to the MB dealer where they quickly changed a fuse, and she was good to go. The folks at Donohoo did this on their own initiative, they were under no obligation to do so. I was very impressed. I've purchased several BMWs, Mercedes and other upper end cars over the years but have not had a customer experience that equaled what I received at Donohoo. Well done! More

I has a few small issues with the car on the test drive and one required follow up twice after the purchase, but all were handled efficiently and professionally. I love the car and would not hesitate to deal with Donohoo in the future or gladly make a referral to them. Love the no hassle attitude of the purchase and small repairs!! Marc, Jimmy, Mo, Eric, Lydia, Tina and front desk personnel were all friendly, excellent to work with and very professional. Nice work everyone!! More

All I can say is wow! My wife and I you're pleasantly surprised by the service and the courteousness of the people at Donohoo. This was a place to buy used cars but it felt like a place to buy new cars. We were given a very fair price and our salesman was excellent. They go above and beyond to ensure a quality experience at this dealership. The fact that they have their own service center is another Plus. We are contemplating buying another vehicle and we will definitely be shopping at Donohue. This was a first-class experience and it did not take all day. More
