Unlike any other dealer we visited We were dealing with low credit. Lots of dealers said they would work with us and then treated us terribly or never even called us back. From the second we walked in, we were treated like a serious customer. The salesmen and finance guys took time to go over different options with us which was greatly appreciated. Follow-through falls short Bought a used Toyota and it took 3 hours to get paperwork wrapped—even with credit union loan in hand! But then I had to drive away with no second key set and NO floor mats, all promised to me. Still do not have these items, 6 days later, even after talking to sales person, who said her job was done, and the finance man, who passed me on to sales manager, who never returned my call. Lesson learned? Buy a Toyota at the Toyota dealer! More

Excellent from start to finish My fianceé and I came in just looking for a car for me, and we ended up leaving with a brand new 2019 Jeep! When we arrived, it was nice not being My fianceé and I came in just looking for a car for me, and we ended up leaving with a brand new 2019 Jeep! When we arrived, it was nice not being hounded by Car Salesmen. When we were ready to speak with some one, we found Ben P., and he was very knowledgeable about the entire process and did try to hide anything from us. With him, we knew what to expect. The Finance Manager, Mark was also nice; along with Brandon Smith Sr., who we signed our paperwork with! Overall, a great experience! More
