Everyone was great to work with....from Eric to Darrell and Mark, they made my car leasing experience quick and simple. I have the Escape Titanium - exactly the car I wanted and needed. I usually leave a car dealership with a headache but this time, I left Fairway Ford with the perfect car for me and completely stress free. They made it quick and simple – no hassle. They were helpful, knowledgeable and made the whole process much easier than anticipated. Mark made sure I knew all the features of my new car before I left the dealership and he even called me a couple of days later to see how things were and if I had any questions. 2008 Chrysler Sebring Touring Convertible I went to and applied for car loans for 4 different vehicles at 4 different dealerships--- not one kept their word regarding issues, Some never retur I went to and applied for car loans for 4 different vehicles at 4 different dealerships--- not one kept their word regarding issues, Some never returned emails-- but Fairway Ford was a dream from start to finish. I saw the car I wanted on line, chatted online with staff members who inspected key aspects for me while I waited online, and then completed the finance paperwork all on the computer from work while I finished my lunch break. Test drove the vehicle that night-- super clean--rust free with only minor blemishing beginning to show. We signed the papers and the next day, the staff cleaned the car--it is a gift :) and filled the gas tank and away I drove. I bought the two year protection plan to make this gift as dreamy as possible :) . It turned out to be better than I had hoped for :) . Even the cup holders heat or cool your drinks LOL!! Excited to see the look on my son's face when he drives it for the first time :) The staff is committed to a lifelong relationship with its customers-- kudos for all that do!!!! More

Seamless Transaction This purchase literally could not have gone any smoother. I came from 6 hours away to purchase a vehicle. The vehicle I was purchasing was parked up front when I arrived, and my salesman (Mark) greeted me outside with the keys. He tossed me the keys, and told me to check the truck out, drive it, and that he would be inside if I had any questions. I loved this, as I am a very particular person, and I prefer to check a vehicle out on my own without pressure from a salesperson. I inspected the truck, and took it for a test drive. It performanced flawlessly, as expected. I returned to the dealership and walked inside. Mark took copies of my information, and I was in the back office signing paperwork with a few minutes. I was in and out of the dealership within 2 hours, and the majority of that was waiting on them to complete an oil change and topping off fluids. 10/10 Experience. Would absolutely recommend. More

Exceptional I went in with a lease from another ford dealership that I have dealing with since 2012 I was over my miles because of my work I expressed to them how I went in with a lease from another ford dealership that I have dealing with since 2012 I was over my miles because of my work I expressed to them how can I avoid paying all the overage they wouldn’t work with me even though that was my third lease, so by a friend I was recommending to come to fairway ford , and all I can say is wow!!! I was completely surprised at how professional and how they we’re willing to work with me! I was so happy that I brought my daughter and she bought a car the same day!!! And she was absolutely happy with the way she also was treated !! I will always come there and recommend to everyone.. Thankyou so much for everything you help me and my daughter with!!! More
