I’m assuming this review is regarding my last visit for my Bluetooth. Jeannette was awesome! A+ for her customer service. She went out her way to try and help me fix the problem. Not too happy with the se my Bluetooth. Jeannette was awesome! A+ for her customer service. She went out her way to try and help me fix the problem. Not too happy with the service portion. When I picked up my vehicle the answer I received was my Bluetooth wasn’t working and that’s it. Not until I expressed my dissatisfaction, did I get a chance to talk to Mark and then he referred me to Jeannette. I’m only rating the sales because this review will not let me move forward. More

I appreciate the effort Fred made to locate my daughter, as I was waiting for her to pick me up. I was waiting at one location and she went to another! And, she didn't have her phone with her! It all ended as I was waiting for her to pick me up. I was waiting at one location and she went to another! And, she didn't have her phone with her! It all ended well. Everyone was very kind. More

Provide good service and result, fixing and repair catalytic convert with small hole cause i had someone molding security bars before to prevent thief Provide good service and result, fixing and repair catalytic convert with small hole cause i had someone molding security bars before to prevent thief , he did wrong technic cause the hole on 1 of catalytic convert, removed all of old bars, and re-install all of new bar with correct technic, and perform max lube oil change package for 115 K miles. More

Horrible Service!!!!!!!! Worst Service Ever! Called left a message for a supervisor to return my call and well I’m still still waiting 4 days later. Experienced theft too pick Worst Service Ever! Experienced theft too picked up my car and my phone cord was missing and my seats were stained from what I can tell were oil spots. I literally had to record the sound of what was never fixed although I was told the issue was tweaked without having to take my car apart.... hmmmm made no sense. If it weren’t for the original person that assisted me that cared to help me victor I would have never got my car issue taken care of. No one at Toyota cared about me being irate. I didn’t even walk out with a car wash. Loyal customer and the thanks I get! Toyota is about the money and their commission! More

First time user of service work So I pulled up to service line didn't know where to go none of the service team approach me to ask if I needed help so I got out of the car only to fi So I pulled up to service line didn't know where to go none of the service team approach me to ask if I needed help so I got out of the car only to find out I was in wrong lane? After I pulled in to lane #1 Mark came out took my paperwork and sent me inside service area where I met Kaylee and let her know I was there for an oil change because my service light was on. Kaylee let me know I was not due for an oil change and said it would be $25.00 for 52 point inspection. Didn't mind pay the deductible but felt it was necessary. Long story short everyone was friendly only wish I didn't have to go to dealership for that particular reason. Adeline Garcia More

105k maintenance I have been bringing my Prius to Elk Grove Toyota since 2013. I live in El Dorado Hills and work in Roseville so this is not a convenient visit.
