It’s always busy here, but besides that I enjoy coming here. And also I love the new lift service now. It’s way better than the shuttle service. More

Glad I came Here I usually dont go to the dealership because of past experiences with other dealerships. But my friends told me the Elk Grove Toyota is really good wit I usually dont go to the dealership because of past experiences with other dealerships. But my friends told me the Elk Grove Toyota is really good with customers. Decided to give them a try and so glad I did. Really awesome customer services! I had made an appointment in advance. On the day of my appointment I arrived and was greeted. Mark at the service center helped me. He was really good. Ensured I would be taken care of. And they even ordered a Lyft ride for me back to my house free. Pretty cool. Mark also stayed in constant communication with me throughout the day. When I came to pickup my vehicle he remembered my name, and my vehicle....i was surprised because they were so packed that day and I'm sure he saw a lot of customers. He went over the work that was done with me and then had my car washed before u left. I really loved when I bought my 4runner last year....but knowing that the dealership is there to ensure your vehicle needs are met makes it even better. Ive always been weary of dealerships because of past experiences but this dealership has given me a new view. Highly recommend this dealership and see Mark if you can! More

I was very satisfied with both Brian and Mark. Everything was done in a timely manner. Because both lights went on almost at the same time maintenance and check engine light, I was concerned about Everything was done in a timely manner. Diagnostic I had an original scheduled appointment for June 2, but the receptionist was able to squeeze me in that same day. That was a plus at first. I arri I had an original scheduled appointment for June 2, but the receptionist was able to squeeze me in that same day. That was a plus at first. I arrived at my scheduled appointment. Some greeted me and took my mileage but it took forever to see an advisor. I noticed that a bunch of the advisors were just sitting there on their phones talking to each other. I finally got called in and Mark was helpful. My car stayed over night. However my diagnostic was done the same day. I got an email, but no one ever called me to come get my car or discuss the problem. I called the next morning to make sure it was ready to be picked up. I arrived and paid, and someone drove my car up and just left it unattended. Someone could have easily drove off with it. What got me even more pissed off with the terrible service, was that when I came home I noticed my license plate was broken and bent half way, like something got caught in it and bent it backwards. I called the receptionist and she said Saturday there are no managers in. Please leave a message. I have to wait till Monday now for someone to respond. More
