Aaron, we take all accusations at Mazda of Palm Beach seriously. After our investigation, our records show that that both vehicles were offered to you during your visit and the only reason you were only shown the 55k mile CX-5 was to get closer to your desired budget. Yes, both are Mazda Certified CX-5's and carry the same certifcation warranty. The only difference is in the price. The 55k mile CX-5 is less and can accomadate your budget. We can understand that a vehicle purchase can be very stressful time for some and customer satisfation is very important to us. Our records show that you visited our dealerships multiple times and we showed multiple vehicles to you and we tried to accomadate both you and your budget. We reviewed the showroom visit and found that we did everything in our power to assist you. Rest assured, our discounted offer to you for both vehicles is still available if you choose, but at this time we are unable to accept your offer for the 37k mile vehicle. We look forward to assisting you in the future if you have a change of heart and wish you the best in your vehicle search.

Umm yeah… your statement is not true. I just got my first bank statement to make my first car payment last week. That is when I found out what was done. After first calling the bank, I called and messaged your dealership immediately, but got no reply. I then went to the dealership today. I explained to them then— I thought I was signing our done deal. Our verbal agreement. But what was put in front of me to sign in your finance department (only now apparent) — was *something different*. Along with some other xx, I got shrugged shoulders from all of them today. I give your reply here- three Pinocchio’s 🤥🤥🤥

Update— I just wanted to let everyone know here— this great review that I gave on the day of my car purchase— was based on a sham deal. I had no idea I was working with such dishonest people that I would only find out later on.. And to make matters worse— the used car manager Mike, just called me to “see if there’s anything he could do”. I explained once again what happened, though I know he already knew. Not only did he have no intentions of ever honoring the deal that my salesman Maikol and his boss Mike made with me— he actually spoke to me very condescendingly… he said “well if you’re so smart like you think you are, why didn’t you read what you were signing” — I said “everyone makes mistakes sometimes”— So he essentially called me stupid for trusting his dealership. Lol Ever since I learned how they ripped me off— I have been all over the internet reading other reviews discovering all the other people that this dealership has jilted in others ways. How has Mazda USA not come down on these people…!?
