H I need to retract my positive comment from yesterday. After trying to reach out to Mark, his manager, some director, etc… who sent me a plethora of emails, texts, calls etc… he ignored my text yesterday. After trying to reach out to Mark, his manager, some director, etc… who sent me a plethora of emails, texts, calls etc… he ignored my texts, my emails, and the car I reached out for Last week has been sold because they dragged their feet. No one answers emails, no one answers anything they just try and UPSELL you. Bunch of garbage from a dealer who claims they are on the cutting edge of service. After sending a bunch of emails to what seems to be management a Mr. Ahearn reached out, yet through phone when I clearly say text and email (which is also option I selected on their elead). Clearly they do NOT read, even the management. People are purely lazy and don’t want to do anything. I do not recommend Mark Korakas as I did initially. Nor the dealership as it’s just a big game to them. And as mark said, he’s too busy to communicate with customers efficiently. So why bother? More
