The dealership was very clean and organized. I was greeted right away at the front door by Tai who took me immediately to my appointment with Mark Korakas. Buyer beware! I have bought a lot of cars in my day, and this was the worst experience I have ever had by far. I purchased my car with cash and had it shipped. I asked specific questions about the car and was assured that everything was fine and that the dealership had “my back 100%”. Man was that a lie! Once I got the car and tried to contact the dealership about the multiple issues that the car had I soon found out that they wanted nothing else to do with me. I was depending on them to be my eyes for this purchase and the completely let me down. I would recommend buying your car from another dealership for sure. There are a lot of good ones out there, but this one is definitely not one of those! More

I am giving this dealership and especially Mark Korakas my salesman 10 stars… 5 is not enough. I live in Miami and I am willing to come to the Palm Beach dealership because of these guys!! They go out of their way to help and even extras behind your back like washing and detailing the car!! The 48 hours I spent there, just kidding, but the whole time I was there I had a fun time. I must say a Mark is the best!!! He even kept us hydrated and w snacks the whole time. I’ve been to all the Mazda dealerships and I pick this Mazda Palm Beach. I even leased a Mazda from another dealership but I now chose to buy my Mazda from these Palm Beach guys!!! Also the Manager Ben Cekovic really made sure that I got the deal that I was happy with he even gave it to me with a smile. More
