This was my second time returning to Ferman of Tarpon Springs to trade my vehicle. First time purchased a Jeep Wrangler and this time traded it in for a Chevy Silverado. I went by myself because I though Springs to trade my vehicle. First time purchased a Jeep Wrangler and this time traded it in for a Chevy Silverado. I went by myself because I thought I was comfortable on making this decision alone, without getting a run around or not a fair deal. I was wrong. I put a lot of money into my Jeep from buying it completely stock for $16,000. They only offered me $14,500 for it which is a slap in the face. Turned around and sold it for over $22,000. I don’t think I got a fair deal on my trade in at all and if I wasn’t in such a rush to get rid of that jeep I would’ve just drove to another dealer. Usually i recommend this dealer but as of now, that will not happen. Had more issues financing the new truck due to lack of communication in finance department. More
