Mark Lidano listened to me as I explained what I was looking for in a new car, and he adjusted according to my needs. He connected to me and my husband as individuals, and he has a great sense of humor. He set up the 2017 Impreza interface with my iPhone, and pre-set some radio stations, both of which would have taken me a long time to figure out on my own. He briefed me on some key functions of my new car, and offered to follow up in person or over the phone as I developed more questions. More

Mark Lidano was just the right person. He was honest, didn't try to up-sell me, responsive, and knowledgeable. All that I needed. I highly recommend Mark if you are buying a new vehicle because he will listen to your goals and make sure you get what you need without overpaying or trading up unnecessarily. I fully trusted Mark and would recommend him to anyone who wants honest and respectful interaction throughout the purchase process. More

Mark is incredibly laid back, and does not hassle you for anything. He doesn't push to negotiate the price, and offers fair and friendly opinions on what you're trying to do/accomplish. I usually hate this process, Mark made it easy, and is the main reason why we continue to be customers. If you don't want to be hassled, come here. If you want to "play games" go elsewhere. More

Perfection in Car Sales & Service I've been a customer of Cityside Subaru since 2007. This is my fourth lease/purchase from Mark Lidano. Perhaps my repeat business should say the mos I've been a customer of Cityside Subaru since 2007. This is my fourth lease/purchase from Mark Lidano. Perhaps my repeat business should say the most about how I feel about Mark and Cityside (and Subaru Outbacks). However, I also want to share about my most recent car buying experience: I drove 350 miles out of state just to buy a car from Mark, and here's why. I gave Mark a call when I knew I'd be going over the miles in my current lease due to an unanticipated move and lifestyle change. He called me back with the various options that would work, we talked through each option, and I thought about what I'd like to do (and even if I should consider other brands of cars, which I also discussed with Mark!). I came to the conclusion that an Outback was still the right car for me, and so Mark and I hatched a plan. Within a matter of a few text messages, Mark had found an available car. A day or two later, he and Mike Nelson called me up to arrange financing. They had the paperwork ready for me when I arrived at the dealership. We went through everything together in a seamless, easy way, signed everything, then Mark gave me a lesson on how my new car works. I cannot say enough about how comfortable, customer-focused, easy, and wonderful it is to work with Mark at Cityside. When I lived in Boston, I used their service department exclusively, and I would recommend it without hesitation. So, go see Mark and treat yourself to a pleasant, easy, fun car buying experience, where you'll come out not only with a fantastic car, but good relationships (and friendships) for years to come. More

I ended up working with Mark Lidano, and couldn't have been happier with my experience. I appreciate Mark's laid-back, and yet very attentive approach to interacting with customers. After having less enjoyable experiences with sales staff at various other dealerships, Mark's relaxed and straight-forward manner was refreshing, and very appreciated. Of course I'm thrilled with the vehicle itself, but Mark, Mike in Finance, and the whole team's genuine interest in my satisfaction were what made the overall experience - not just the end result - a pleasure! More

Very happy with our experience! We had a great experience buying a car through Mark at Cityside Subaru. He was friendly and personable and easy to work with. He allowed us to bring our dog into the office, and then in any further interactions, always was thoughtful enough to ask about our dog, which I thought was very sweet. He was very fair in our price negotiation, and we came to a price that I think we were all very happy with. He made the process very painless. He even took the time to introduce us to the electronics system in our new car and make sure we knew how to pair our Bluetooth phones with it. He also followed up via text a few days after to check in, which was incredibly considerate. Thank you Mark and Cityside for such a great experience! It felt so much more personal than a simple business transaction. More

The display and audio unit had some issues when I picked up the car, but when the replacement part came in, it was fixed immediately and they supplied me with a loaner for the day. BONUS: even though I'd only put about 50 miles on my car, Mark topped off the gas tank for me before I picked it up! A nice and unexpected surprise! More
