They went out of their way to find the car and the especially the color that I wanted. Mike has kept up with me by email and tells me to call if I have any questions at all. I would definitely recommend this dealership and if I continue to like my Subaru like I do now and decide to buy another in 4 years, I will return to this dealership. More

The general manager Mark Mauer was so pleasant and the staff made the experience stess and pressure free. The building was immaculate and one of the nicest dealerships I'd ever been in. My last car buying experience was terrible. This was like a breath of fresh air. Shelby in Finance had everything ready for me when it was time to sign the paperwork so that I was in and out of there in no time. I would highly recommend this dealership!! 10 out of 10!! More

What a change when we came to the Subaru Superstore in Surprise! We were welcomed by pleasant helpful staff with smiling faces, making us feel like they were genuinely happy to have us there. We worked initially with the GM Mark Mauer and then another sales person but both were no pressure and very helpful explaining all the information on the vehicles they offered. We eventually purchased a 2019 Ascent Touring model and could not be happier. Every aspect of the purchase from the initial meeting to the final paperwork and credit processing was no hassle and no pressure. This is what purchasing a car should be like but very rarely is. More

Outstanding Customer Service After dealing with some mechanical issues with our 2 year old Impreza we started having some major trust issues with Subaru, even after being loyal Su After dealing with some mechanical issues with our 2 year old Impreza we started having some major trust issues with Subaru, even after being loyal Subie owners for years. The service manager Gil spoke with general manager Mark and before I knew it Mark himself was calling me to help restore our trust in Subaru. Mark went above and beyond to get Subaru to help out with financing and rebates and got us into our new Forester. Mark called me himself every time there was an update and he kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. As the sole provider for my family, working 2 jobs and caring for 2 kids and disabled vet, I needed a reliable vehicle that could take the long drives to work and VA Dr appts. Mike helped us out by going over all the car features and he was so knowledgeable. The process couldn’t have been smoother and Mark and his team changed our life. We will never go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle or get service done. My children even love this place and demand to go with anytime we go up for service or anything because the atmosphere is friendly and they always acknowledge my girls too. Beyond pleased with this dealership and forever grateful to Mark and Gil and Mike for all they did to help me and my family out. You guys are amazing! More
