Tori is phenomenal at what she does. She is incredibly knowledgeable of the Subaru brand offerings and values honesty over a quick sale and that is so rare. It needed new battery parts and we decided that we would trade up as the Hybid was a pain as it had to be driven often to charge up the battery. We leave it in the garage all summer inPhoenix and had to have friend drive it. However, we loved the Crosstrek and are very happy with the 2019 Limited - bright orange. More

Their excellent car safety and consumer ratings sold us on a Subaru purchase. I appreciate the patience Travis Gudknecht provided as I contemplated this purchase. I knew what vehicle I wanted to buy and Travis helped me get the exact make, model, and color, as well as a fair price for my 2016 Corolla trade. Todd Ackley was also knowledgeable, helpful, and flexible in finalizing the financing. We are looking forward to long-term relationship with Subaru and it's services. Thanks. Honestly, the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. I was treated as an actual person rather than just a potential sale. Took a chance and glad I did This was our first time at a Subaru dealership and since this was a relatively new (3 yrs) dealership with few reviews, we weren't quite sure what to This was our first time at a Subaru dealership and since this was a relatively new (3 yrs) dealership with few reviews, we weren't quite sure what to expect. Kyler S. met us as we entered. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We also met the GM (Mark) and had a nice conversation about how they operated, what we could do (we wanted special tinting) and what their service was like. It was very cordial and informative and accommodating - no pressure to make a sale. A couple of things that helped sell us on the dealership was their service department. (After all, you can buy the car from anywhere, but customer and car service is what's really unique to a dealership.) We went to the service area to get a cup of coffee and there was a line of service technicians waiting in line to get a cup of coffee themselves. Without being asked, they all immediately stepped aside saying "customers first." That never happened at any other dealership. That with an immaculate service bay, along with Kyler and Mark sold us on the dealership. It also ended up selling us on Subaru despite us being long time owners of other makes. Very glad we took the chance on this dealership. (I don't give 5-star reviews very often, but the group here deserve it.) More

I knew after months of research that a Subaru would be my next vehicle, but cont Just purchased my 1st of what I’m certain will not be my last Subaru! I knew after months of research that a Subaru would be my next vehicle, but continue to discover even more features, both safety & luxury that my new Forester Sport has to offer- as base options to boot! The staff at the Subaru Superstore of Surprise far exceeded my expectations. The entire staff from the warm greeting we received from Diane in the sales division to the sales managers, George & Mike, to Shelby the business mgr. in finance all the way up to the GM, Mark made buying my 8th vehicle (I have some experience to compare this to) a smooth, seamless & exciting experience. They each went above & beyond to ensure our comfort & confidence throughout the process. I can honestly say the word pressure can not in any way be associated with this transaction, but rather positive, enthusiasm & certainty. I’m not one to usually take the time to write a review, but this store & staff genuinely deserve the accolades. I am grateful this store is within 30 mins of where I live & I get that convenience for all of the future services, but even if it were further, I’d go the distance because of the immaculate, comfortable facilities, competence & commitment to satisfaction that exudes collectively from each person I encountered at this store. I’m not only a loyal Subaru owner now & for the future, but I will gladly & confidently refer my family & friends who want an incredible vehicle & an exceptional buying process to the Subaru Superstore of Surprise. My advice- go get yours there too- you won’t be disappointed, you’ll be glad you did! More

BEST DEALERSHIP, BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, BEST CARS! Subaru Superstore of Surprise, we can’t say enough wonderful things about this car dealership. We did our homework and shopped around, starting with Subaru Superstore of Surprise, we can’t say enough wonderful things about this car dealership. We did our homework and shopped around, starting with Subaru in Scottsdale near our home. Scottsdale Subaru is what drove us to pursue other Subaru dealerships in AZ. When we pulled up to Scottsdale Subaru a half-dozen young people rushed out to the parking lot to win our service, like opening the starting gate at the horse races, which immediately turned us to look at other dealerships for better customer service. We browsed through the other Phoenix dealerships, but most did not have the 2020 stock we were interested in until we browsed the North Surprise Subaru dealership, they had that one Subaru we were looking for. We made a phone call to verify availability, and they made all our car shopping nightmares disappear from the time we drove into the parking lot until the time we completed our purchase of our brand new 2020 Subaru Forrester. The Surprise Subaru dealership customer service is excellent. The salespeople were very kind, professional, and pleasant to talk to. We contacted Charles Inman, Sales Manager by phone prior to visiting the Superstore. Charles made sure the Forrester (make, model, color, accessories, etc.) we were interested in was available and said he would have a salesperson waiting for us when we arrived, and he did. Charles greeted us along with David Castillo, his internet salesperson. David, a kind, warm, soft-spoken gentleman, with many years of car sales experience behind him took over showing us everything we needed and wanted to know about the Forrester. David took us for a test drive, and even showed us other Subaru models and colors available in case we were interested. David worked the finance numbers for us, and along with our trade-in, the numbers were exactly what we were looking for. David knew how to sell a car without the customer feeling stressed and pressured, which is exactly what we were looking for in a car dealership. David then introduced us to Shelby Lane, the business manager. WOW! Shelby, a financial magician was a pure pleasure to work with, her wonderful and patient demeanor made the financing portion absolutely painless. Shelby explained every financial aspect of the purchase in such a way we had a clear understanding of every detail down to the penny. Shelby took the time to work the numbers to our satisfaction, with no rush or pressure. She did not leave room for questions, when we left her office we knew and understood everything about the financing of our purchase. Mark Mauer, the General Manager stopped in to check on us and to make sure we were happy and satisfied customers. Mark’s enthusiastic personality and professional manner showed the pride he had in the Subaru Superstore of Surprise he managed, and the pride he had for the people that worked alongside of him. Mark was great to work with, he made sure we were happy and satisfied with our new purchase and everyone we worked with to make this a pleasurable experience. I mentioned to Mark I wanted a big red bow on my new car, something we asked Right Toyota of Scottsdale for when we bought our new Toyota Corolla hatchback in January of 2019 and they told us we couldn’t have one. When we were walked out to the service area where our new Forrester was sitting, there was our new Forrester with a big red bow on it! Last but not least, we were introduced to Glenn Craney, the Service Advisor. Because we were leaving our new Forrester at the dealership for some additional accessories, Glenn helped us with a loaner car. After a long afternoon of car shopping and it being late in the day, we were ready to go home. Glenn also worked his magic to get us in a vehicle and on our way. As it turns out, he put us in the exact Forrester, make, model and color as the Forrester we purchased. He made sure we could try out our new car before we took it home. Did I mention he was as wonderful as everyone we had the pleasure of spending the day with. We have bought several cars over the years but have to say this is the best car dealership we have experienced. We traded in our 2019 Toyota Corolla because we were so unhappy with it after we purchased it. Right Toyota of Scottsdale sales experience was a nightmare from the sales and finance staff to the management, we were told the vehicle had features we wanted and it did not, and being long-time Toyota owners we did not think twice about trading it in on a new Subaru Forrester. Again, we can’t say enough great things about the Subaru Superstore of Surprise in the Surprise Autoshow center, and its wonderful STAFF from the General Manager down to the reception ladies that were very pleasant during our visit.
